 POSITION SUMMARY

The primary objective for this position is to consultant the clients, vendors and internal bswift teams on Data Conversion and Payroll delivery. As part of these data interchange implementations, Integration Consultant oversees the progress of various implementation projects for both Direct and Channel Partner business. 

Fundamental Components:

Consistently reflect our core values of higher standards, greater accountability, and more fun to bswift associates, clients, and partners 
Work with the Implementation Leaders, Implementation Managers, Client Relationship Managers and Product Management Team to manage Data Conversion and Payroll integration part of the project for our clients by coordinating and leading meetings, leading requirements discussions with clients and vendors. 
Manage Data Conversion and Payroll delivery timelines for our bswift implementation team and our clients. 
Manage client and carrier/vendor expectations, anticipating possible issues and communicating turnaround times with reasonable delivery dates. 
Complete requirements discussions, perform analysis and coordinate development of payroll interface and data conversion by project managing team members as needed and lead the team with other bswift resources to meet client deliverables; including, but not limited to: 

Define required layouts/specifications, data flow, connectivity options/information, etc. 
Build Interfaces using bswift technology and working directly with Product Management team. 
Researching and resolving vendor/client inquiries regarding system and technology issue. 
Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks Lead Data conversion for new Implementations by gathering specifications and data files from client/vendor, analyze data for gaps and pass feedback to client/vendor. 
Ability to see the broader picture by defining best practices for each complex solution like Closed Loop Payroll, Mid-Year HSA conversion, Data audit needs etc. 
Responsible for consulting clients and client team on best practices, industry standards, and process changes to achieve client goals. 
Research and recommend system enhancements based upon client needs and work closely with Product Management and/or Development teams. 
Act as a coach and mentor for others 


BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
  • Project management experience. Experience with Data Conversions and Payroll Interfaces.
  • Knowledge of project planning and control disciplines.
  • Exceptional customer and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills



EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Functional - Information Technology/Data / info management & architecture/7-10 Years
Functional - Information Technology/Vendor management/7-10 Years


TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCES

Technical - EDI/EDI/4-6 Years/System Support
Technical - Database/Microsoft SQL Server/4-6 Years/End User
