The exceptionally talented team member who fills this role must combine sound business judgment, strong attention to detail and a proven ability to execute creative marketing campaigns.  The Campaign Coordinator is responsible for ensuring flawless execution of our merchandising campaigns.  Day to day responsibilities will include development and execution of creative merchandising campaigns across email, mobile and web.  This role requires equal parts left brain and right brain, as the successful person will be asked to guide creative efforts while optimizing performance of multiple assets across the LivingSocial platform.  This role is the last-mile before content reaches LivingSocial’s customers, so this person must feel personal responsibility for the customer experience: “whatever it takes” should be deep in your DNA.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Senior Manager of Merchandising Operations to execute the merchandising strategy - driving transactional revenue by maximizing asset shelf space and promotional messaging
  • Work with creative services, email, site and mobile teams to develop and execute merchandising strategies
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize promotional structure, pricing, and inventory guidelines based on structured analysis of campaign performance.
  • Be responsible for inventory selection criteria & relationship with sales teams
  • Perform regular performance management and quality improvement analyses aimed at improving creative assets and overall campaign performance

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of relevant business experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or online operations required
  • Knowledge of Excel and Tableau
  • Familiarity with key business metrics – solid analytical expertise. Knowledge of campaign testing strategies utilized in direct online channels (email, mobile notifications, social) preferred
  • Proven problem solving skills; systematic, analytical thinker
  • Highly flexible, ability to handle changing directions/priorities and roles as business needs evolve
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple projects and objectives
