We are seeking a self-driven and motivated individual to join Jump’s campus recruiting team! Attracting and retaining premier talent is our top priority and the Campus Talent Acquisition Coordinator will collaborate extensively with the HR and Recruiting team to provide a world class recruiting experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Interface with universities, students, and colleagues to ensure a successful campus recruiting season
  • Travel with campus recruiting team to assist with executing recruiting meetings and events
  • Coordinate logistics for recruiting events at universities, hotels, and restaurants
  • Liaise with university career centers, academic departments, and student groups to execute logistics for room reservations, posting job openings, sending sponsorship payments, etc.
  • Schedule, manage, and track all campus interviews
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates with internal travel team
  • Serve as main point of contact for all campus candidates during their interview process
  • Maintain all candidate and interview information in Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system
  • Manage team credit card expense report
  • Collaborate with global recruiting team to create successful strategies for marketing Jump and building our brand

 

Skills you’ll need:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility
  • Extremely organized
  • Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and strong academic track record
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system, like Greenhouse or similar
  • Must be able to travel as needed
