Reports to the Change & Release Manager
Our Change Management team:
designs, implements and controls the standards and best practices for all technology changes introduced to the Enova production enterprise, from the software development teams as well as IT departments. You will work closely with all facets of business, operations and technical teams, designing processes and procedures across multiple platforms as well as completing projects to improve the change control function. You will work closely with the Internal Audit and Compliance teams to ensure our compliance with SOX, develop reporting and metrics, hold internal audits to review change samples, and host Change Management training for relevant new hires across the organization among other responsibilities. Since the Change Management Lead’s job is vital to Enova’s business, you may be required to be on-call 24x7 for critical situations and emergency changes.

As the Change Management Lead you will:
- Design, implement and control the standards and best practices for all technology changes introduced to the Enova production enterprise, from the software development teams as well as IT departments.
- Implement coordinating controls and ensure controls are functioning correctly
- Modify processes and controls as needed alongside Enova’s changing environments and business landscapes.
- Work alongside managers and directors to enforce process adherence.
- Evaluate SOX requirements, identify controls, analyze control gaps, and evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of CM controls.
- Ensure global adherence to the Enova Change Management policy.
- Identify areas for improvement, make recommendations, and implement solutions.
- Push new software releases to the production environment as needed.
- Create and maintain Change Management dashboards, metrics and reports; analyze and act on the results.
- Facilitate regularly scheduled audits to review change samples and ensure process adherence. Implement necessary changes as a result of the audit findings.
- Design and implement the change processes and procedures for new lines of businesses, services, infrastructure/architecture, etc.
- Work closely with change teams (i.e. Product Management, Software Engineering, IT) to ensure all procedural changes are done with CM oversight (new tools, re-orgs, etc.).
- Act as the Change Management control owner, including ownership of the CM Policy and coordination with IT Risk, Internal Audit and Compliance.
- Maintain the accuracy, thoroughness and awareness of documentation.
- Facilitate Change Management training for all existing staff as well as design and execute on-boarding training for new hires across the organization.
- Implement automations and process improvements wherever possible.
- Assist Internal Audit with SOX, including remediation for any deficiencies.
