We are seeking a Client Onboarding Manager who is highly organized, process driven and can train, motivate and manage a remote team.

The primary focus of this role is to manage multiple client onboarding projects along with various customer reporting initiatives on a daily basis. This position overseas a team of eight remote employees who are responsible for the research and data entry components of the onboarding process.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
    • Collaborate with sales team to understand customer needs for the successful transition between Sales and Customer Success.
    • Manage and optimize new customer onboarding process between sales closing a deal and customer success managing the account.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the ReviewTrackers platform and be able to mentor remote team on features and functionality.
    • Proactively identify product and operational issues, trouble shooting if capable and escalating when appropriate.
    • Actively identify and address competency gaps within remote team.
    • Develop and implement training and processes and technology to improve remote team’s productivity and efficiency.
    • Prepare weekly reporting on team’s productivity and efficiency.

YOU HAVE:
    • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
    • Strong project and process management skills.
    • Exceptional communication habits including clear and concise writing.
    • Strong leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks that are dependent on external components.
    • A strong proficiency in excel along with a track record of using technology to improve efficiency.
    • 1+ years of experience managing a remote staff

Located in The Loop, our Chicago headquarters is a quick walk to public transportation options such as the CTA and Metra. We're close to Millennium Park as well as a variety of trendy restaurants and shopping venues. Our team is mostly remote, but our office is open to local and visiting employees!
