Client Onboarding Specialist I
The VelocityEHS Client Onboarding Specialist I sets client onboarding & training expectations and then exceeds them. They do this by understanding the client’s goals and delivering comprehensive system product trainings. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Manage multiple onboarding & training projects simultaneously; setting project scope, priorities, deadlines, schedules, and managing the overall customer training lifecycle
· Assess customer needs and assist with the configuration of their VelocityEHS system
· Conduct customer trainings via the telephone and web conferencing tools to new and existing customers
· Following up with clients post-training to verify proper installation and use, and to answer further questions
· Maintain all project documentation and schedules, and report status updates on a regular basis to all stakeholders
· Facilitate resolution when a technical issue is encountered by working with VelocityEHS Technical Support
· Probe for sales opportunities for additional products and/or services
· Provide support for training-related questions during the Sales process
· Communicate requests for system enhancements or modifications to the Product Manager
· Other tasks or duties as assigned, needed or requested
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent work experience
· 1+ years of related experience in client phone/web training
· Proficient with Internet Browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.)
· Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office 2003-2010 products (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills – including grammar and voice quality
· Excellent Customer Service skills with a strong customer-driven personality that takes ownership of issues and follows through to completion
· Excellent multi-tasking, organizational and prioritization skills
· Strong attention to details, policies and procedures with the ability to identify and recommend improvement opportunities
Preferred Requirements
· Familiarity with web conferencing software, such as GoToMeeting
· Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment and training Fortune 1000 companies
· Experience with Project Management skills
