 As a Senior Consultant, you will collaborate with team members to ensure our clients are successful. The Senior Consultant plays a critical role in the implementation and training of our technology solutions for our clients. By providing exceptional service over the phone, through e-mail, and at client locations, you will help our construction clientele improve productivity, mitigate risk and enhance communication with our SaaS solution, Construction Payment Management©.
The Client Services team is a fast paced, energetic, ever changing environment with ample opportunities for career advancement. We are goal oriented and driven to exceed client expectations. Due to our exponential growth, we are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop implementation plans for clients and drive clients to full implementation
  • Provide support during the prospecting process including preparing presentations and conducting demos for clients
  • Account lead for key clientele, facilitate trainings and meetings for clients
  • Manage internal initiatives including but not limited to team trainings, internship activities and serve as a mentor in the mentorship program
  •  Become an expert in technology integrations and configuration options for Construction Payment Management©
  • Work with other internal teams on developing new functionality for our solutions based on client needs
  • Demonstrate initiative to taking on increasingly challenging projects
  • Assist in recruiting efforts

Experience/Education:

  • Approximately 3-5 years of experience in client support, software implementation, and account management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related area of study
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Prior experience conducting web-based and/or onsite technology training
  • Ability to solve complex problems under pressure
  • Construction industry knowledge helpful, but not required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where things are constantly changing
  • Ability and willingness to travel (up to 30%)
