About The Role
The Client Success Consultant owns the overall relationship with his or her assigned clients by increasing adoption and ensuring retention and satisfaction. This position ensures that clients are maximizing use of their Yello Solutions, and establishes a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals
- Lead client adoption calls and act as a consultant working to help clients leverage all that Yello has to offer
- Act as consultative client liaison and provide expertise and support for client specific projects to define project scope, develop project plan, determine necessary resources and establish project timeline
- Offer a “train the trainer” solution to our clients who will then deliver your insights to the rest of their team
- Analyze data and trends to convey value of solutions to clients
- Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
- Program manage account escalations
- Act as a product expert as you perform demos of the different features of our comprehensive software solution for both the campus and professional recruiting space
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Travel to diversity conferences or client visits as needed
- 2-3 years of recruiting or customer success experience, preferably in the SaaS industry, with the desire and hustle to embark on a new career challenge
- Bachelor's Degree
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, high growth environment
- Incredible attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to our proprietary, solutions-driven recruiting software
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
