About The Role:
The Client Success Consultant, Strategic Accounts, supports the overall relationship with a large, strategic global client. With the assistance of the Team Lead, the CSC will increase adoption and ensure retention and satisfaction. This position guarantees that the client maximizes the use of their Yello Solutions, establishes a trusted andstrategic advisor relationship with the client, and drives continued value of our products and services.

With the assistance of the Team Lead, the CSC will increase adoption and ensure retention and satisfaction. How You'll Make An Impact:
This role will give someone the opportunity to gain experience wokring with our largest, global, Fortune 500 client. The role will also allow employees the opportunity to work cross-functionally and get exposure to other areas of the business, including sales and product. This role will have a direct impact on how we grow and scale our team as we are constantly working on ways to work more efficiently and improve process.
- Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy
- Lead client strategic account adoption calls and act as a consultant working to help clients leverage all that Yello has to offer
- Offer a “train the trainer” solution to our clients who will then deliver your insights to the rest of their team
- Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals
- Analyze data and trends to convey value of solutions to clients
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Advocate customer needs/issues and work cross-departmentally to meet predefined project deadlines
- Assist team lead in managing account escalations
- Act as a product expert as you perform demos of the different features of our comprehensive software solution for both the campus and professional recruiting space
- Act as consultative client liaison and provide expertise and support for client specific projects to define project scope, develop project plan, determine necessary resources and establish project timeline
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Travel to diversity conferences, or client visits as needed
- 1-3 years of consulting, recruiting, or recruiting operations experience in the college, university or professional realm, but with the desire and hustle to embark on a new career challenge
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, high growth environment
- Proven ability to meet project deadlines
- Relatable nature to our clients that will come from your tenure in the recruiting field
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues within a designated time frame
- Incredible attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to our proprietary, solutions-driven recruiting software
- Proficient in excel and PowerPoint
- Exposure to different ATS’ would be a huge plus
