An Insider's view of Evive

What are some social events your company does?

We have engagement activities on a regular basis. Everything from quarterly trivia, to global office olympics, to happy hours, to step-challenges, to Halloween spirit week with costume contests, to company sponsored volunteer days, to company summer outings and winter holiday parties. Team building and relationship building is a huge part of Evive!

Kristi

HR Generalist

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

Cross-functional collaboration is an essential function of my role. I work closely and meet regularly with my colleagues in Marketing, Professional Services, and Product to ensure that we are all aligned in our positioning to portray our solution's capabilities in the market accurately.

Krupa

Vice President of Solution Consulting

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

I started on the communications team and quickly became interested in account management. I was able to work with my manager and the client teams to transition to an account manager. From there I was promoted to a Client Services Partner. I truly feel I have grown in the past 4 years as a writer, speaker, problem solver & critical thinker.

Suzie

Client Services Partner

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

I hold Office Hours twice a week for the team to drop in for whatever they need - help with a daily task, discuss a client escalation, brainstorming, or just a brief non-work chat. It's been very beneficial for my team, and works well with everyone's schedules. I also have regular one-on-one's with my direct reports, and a weekly team meeting.

Chris

Director, Client Services

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

Evive's work-life balance is wonderful. Especially working through the pandemic as someone with two young children, I have the freedom to be with my family and still complete the required work in my role. I love working for a company that trusts me (and those around me) to do what I need to do, on the hours that make sense for me and my family.

Brett

Director, Implementation
