Swap.com is growing! We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Benefits & Compensation Specialist. Swap.com is looking for someone to help us build, optimize and execute a dynamic compensation/reward philosophy and strategy. This role reports directly to the Vice President of HR and will be part of a driven and enthusiastic HR team.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with the VP, HR to develop and implement our total rewards strategy. Ensure our plan is competitive and investigate and provide recommendations on new compensation and benefits programs.
• Communicate! You’ll conduct presentations to our Sr. Leadership team as well as communicate the plan and any changes with associates.Revise and lead total rewards projects, such as annual benefit open enrollment, associate changes, activities for new hires and terminations, bonus & merit process, etc.
• Participates in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Investment Committee and leads any Benefits Committees
• May assist in managing and maintain Parent Company Stock/Options Programs.
• Assists in the development of the Company’s compensation philosophy.
• Ensure the Company’s HR Compliance with all legal, regulatory and reporting mandates.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional benefits and some compensation experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in human resources, business administration or accounting; Master’s Degree preferredHR/Benefits/Comp experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center and /or manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience with creating, communicating and implementing competitive compensation plans. Including incentive plans, for both hourly and salaried positions preferred.
• Payroll experience preferred.
• Multi-state experience preferred.
• CCP/CBP/CEBS/PHR preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel), experiences with Google Docs preferred.
