Role:

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and creative individual to bring on board as a Content Writer/Support Specialist to write summaries and tags for our episodes as they air on the network. We are looking for someone who can package and deliver the voice of tastytrade to our existing users, while simultaneously marketing our content to acquire new users

Since this role is highly related around our user base, this position also includes working as part of our Customer Support team. The Support Desk provides support for the tastytrade network and the dough platform, and plays a critical role in overall business development for both products.

Specific responsibilities may include:

· Watching the tastytrade show M-F, understanding and learning concepts discussed on the show

· Creating written summaries of episodes, including titles, tags, and descriptions

· Reviewing, proof reading, and editing other written summaries, blog posts, marketing emails, and copy

· Providing customers with technical and navigation support across all tastytrade platforms and products

· Working closely with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues, implement features, and relay customer feedback

· Working closely with the marketing team to provide input and recommendations based on customer feedback

· Collecting and categorize customer support data and analyzing trends

Qualifications

· College degree required.  Finance, English, Communications, and Marketing Majors preferred.

· Desire to learn, watch, and understand financial content a must, knowledge of trading/investing a plus, tastytrade lovers a plus

· Ability to meet deadlines and consistently produce quality written content

· Must be someone who enjoys the entrepreneurial atmosphere of a fast growing company with a dynamic culture

· Additional writing related marketing projects as needed including copywriting, email creation, and landing page copy creation.

· Knowledge of SEO a plus
