What you will contribute:

    • Develop a network of qualified candidates in advance of need through various sourcing techniques focused on sales, technical and operational talent
    • Utilize diverse channels of digital and social media sites for recruitment
    • Manage scheduling for interview loops and other recruiting related events
    • Get involved in the community through attending networking events, meet-ups, etc.
    • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including your external network, job boards, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions
    • Screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, evaluate skill level, manage offer process, reference checks, and provide salary recommendations
    • Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiation and closing candidates

You have:

    • 2-4 years of experience in corporate recruiting
    • Successful track record recruiting both active and passive candidates and filling sales, operational and technical roles 
    • Broad and established relationships within the Chicago tech community  
    • Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships 
    • An expert level of knowledge in full cycle recruitment components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and negotiation. 
    • Demonstrated ability to recruit for all levels of an organization with exposure to hiring from entry-level to senior management positions

Location

Located in The Loop, our Chicago headquarters is a quick walk to public transportation options such as the CTA and Metra. We're close to Millennium Park as well as a variety of trendy restaurants and shopping venues. Our team is mostly remote, but our office is open to local and visiting employees!
