As a Liftoff Corporate Trainer, you will provide cutting-edge sales and service training through our Liftoff Training Series in order to birth home grown mortgage professionals to join a team of the unarguable best mortgage professionals in the industry.

It is your job to train and develop the individuals that our customers contact so that we can ensure that each customer lead is respected and served impeccably as each new hire mortgage professional becomes his/her most radiant self.

As a Liftoff Corporate Trainer, you establish Guaranteed Rate’s process, practice and culture. You will present/train in a classroom environment, use tests/ quizzes to measure trainees’ comprehension of class material, and certify a trainee who has successfully internalized and completed their education.

• Ability to create training material presentations and innovate in training media

• Strong foundation in the mortgage lending
