You’re superhuman. Some days you’ll work late and some days you’ll work early…whatever it takes to get s#@! done. And you’re not easily overwhelmed. Emails and Walkthroughs and Deep Cleans, oh yes! Hundreds of requests and questions a week? Bring it.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the relationship with customers and troubleshoot their issues with a smile
- Think creatively to consistently surprise and delight customer offices
- Customize and set up the needs of all new and future customers for a seamless onboard
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and City operations team to create a seamless customer experience
- Advocate customer needs internally to improve ever changing products
- Find and report bugs in Q products to the engineering team in a timely manner
- Innovate ways to constantly improve operations for Q and its customers
- Visit customer offices often to provide creative solutions to their needs to deepen customer engagement
Qualifications:
- 2+ years customer-facing work experience
- Office or co-working space management experience
- Evidence of extremely high EQ (school president, social chair, etc.)
- General delight to be around, laughs at bad jokes and awesome
- Bonus: experience in a high growth technology startup
