G2 Crowd is looking for a hard-working and dedicated Customer Success Manager who will work with customers post-sale and be the point of contact to ensure their success and happiness with G2 Crowd’s services. The Customer Success Manager should have a high-level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent phone skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise customers on best methods to take full advantage of our services
  • Form strong relationships with customers via email and telephone and work to keep them fully engaged throughout the process
  • Track and ensure a high renewal rate is achieved
  • Work with existing customers on upsell opportunities
  • Travel periodically to customer conferences or onsite meetings
  • Report on customer satisfaction and feedback
