We have an opening for a Customer Success Specialist to help us maintain great relationships with our customers by responding to their questions, troubleshooting issues, and sharing their feedback with our Product and Engineering teams. 

The primary function of this role involves responding promptly to customer emails and inquiries, but its full scope is much larger. You will help us grow our online knowledge base, engage with customers on social media, write tutorial documents and more. 

Candidates for this position should meet the following criteria:
  • College degree with at least two years work experience 
  • Passionate about helping people overcome problems and learning new skills 
  • An exceptional writer who can tailor content to a variety of audiences 
  • Highly proficient with mobile technologies, especially iOS
  • Disciplined and driven mindset that runs toward responsibility  
Ideal candidates also fit the following profile:
  • Experience working at a software company (technical acumen a nice bonus too) 
  • Experience with customer support over email, phone or chat 
  • A solid eye for design (and experience producing great looking content) 
  • Analytical skills to help us track customer success metrics
