Customer Success Specialist
G2 Crowd is looking for hardworking and dedicated full-time employee to fill the Customer Success Specialist position. You would work with our customers to help ensure their continued success. G2 Crowd is a business software review site that has been featured in TechCrunch, Forbes, Bloomberg Businessweek, and other news outlets. We were also named a finalist for “Startup of the Year” at Built in Chicago’s Moxie Awards.

Primary responsibilities:
Track multiple customer’s project status and communicate with customers on missing information and tasks that are behind schedule
Advise customers on best methods to take full advantage of our services.
Form strong relationships with customers via email and telephone and work to keep them fully engaged throughout the process
Travel periodically to customer conferences to help run review booths
Required skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and handle matters with no supervision and with excellent follow up
Personable with proven ability to establish and build effective working relationships
Project management and organizational skills
Energized by making customers happy and successful
