Reporting to the Content Manager, the Data & Content Supervisor is responsible for the daily management of Content workflows, as well as being the primary point person for all Content Specialists while they are on shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Assign daily work based on priority and incoming workload

  • Meet and exceed designated SLA

  • Manage team���s workflow to ensure constant deadline adherence and completion

  • Review and complete all escalated Content tickets

  • Proactively communicate potential issues to Content Manager

  • Prepare workflow service level analysis for Content Manager review

  • Adjust and approve scheduled Content shifts within Shiftplanning/Humanity

  • Review (proof) tickets for errors or inconsistencies to improve team accuracy

  • Demonstrate workflow and concepts to newly trained Content team members

  • Create and distribute weekly performance scorecards for QA and Content benchmarks

  • Identify needed training curriculum based on feedback and review

  • Conduct and record Content department meetings to review needed updates and policy changes

  • Weekly review of policies and procedures to adjust training documentation

  • Send out training summaries for all Content new hire and skill (promotions, coupons, updates)  training

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor

  • Extensive knowledge of Tokyo (backend system), Cyclops, Merchant Center, Zendesk, and Five9
  • Type a minimum of 45 WPM

  • Written communication skills with flawless grammar, spelling, and punctuation

  • Fluent in English, written and verbally

  • Technically savvy and able to troubleshoot systems across multiple operating systems and internet browsers

  • Ability to provide constructive critical feedback

  • Able to meet with members of the team remotely or in person with video and sound
