Data & Content Supervisor

Reporting to the Content Manager, the Data & Content Supervisor is responsible for the daily management of Content workflows, as well as being the primary point person for all Content Specialists while they are on shift.
Responsibilities:
Assign daily work based on priority and incoming workload
Meet and exceed designated SLA
Manage team���s workflow to ensure constant deadline adherence and completion
Review and complete all escalated Content tickets
Proactively communicate potential issues to Content Manager
Prepare workflow service level analysis for Content Manager review
Adjust and approve scheduled Content shifts within Shiftplanning/Humanity
Review (proof) tickets for errors or inconsistencies to improve team accuracy
Demonstrate workflow and concepts to newly trained Content team members
Create and distribute weekly performance scorecards for QA and Content benchmarks
Identify needed training curriculum based on feedback and review
Conduct and record Content department meetings to review needed updates and policy changes
Weekly review of policies and procedures to adjust training documentation
Send out training summaries for all Content new hire and skill (promotions, coupons, updates) training
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Supervisor
- Extensive knowledge of Tokyo (backend system), Cyclops, Merchant Center, Zendesk, and Five9
Type a minimum of 45 WPM
Written communication skills with flawless grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Fluent in English, written and verbally
Technically savvy and able to troubleshoot systems across multiple operating systems and internet browsers
Ability to provide constructive critical feedback
- Able to meet with members of the team remotely or in person with video and sound
