Essential Duties:
Review numerous data points of a deal to ensure accuracy and transparency
Research and document business online reviews, social media, and press presence in order to capture quotes and accurate URL links to be used in the write-up
Meet daily productivity and quality expectations against standardized KPI’s and business metrics
Comply with Groupon writing standards to ensure consistency across all deals
Identify and bring operational efficiencies using FormAssembly and other automation tools
Check for merchant quality concerns and work with Sales on a resolution
Communicate with Sales and Planning in order to adhere and enforce deadlines regarding outstanding information and other blockers
Carry out projects responsibilities ranging from acting as a liaison with departments to overseeing new business initiatives and training new or cross team members of the organization
Essential Qualifications:
Four year degree in business related area or hospitality
Must have a writing background or previous Editorial/Deal Qualifier experience
Solid understanding of Salesforce objects and functionality
Caters both verbal and written communication based on the audience
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to shoulder variable work volumes which may include altered or additional hours
