 We're seeking a Demand Generation Manager who will become a product champion and drive go-to-market strategies to generate leads, acquire new customers, and improve the success of existing customers.

As a Demand Generation Manager at Spark Hire, you will be a key contributor to our continued success, revenue lifts, and hyper-growth goals.

What you'll do

  • Own inbound, outbound, and paid marketing strategies to engage, nurture, and drive leads through our sales funnel
  • Become the go-to expert on our product and its benefits
  • Develop a keen understanding of our customer demographics and the industries they work in
  • Generate awareness about the product and implement strategies that will educate the market on its benefits
  • Lead company and product positioning with regards to our existing product, new feature launches, and integrations/partnerships
  • Craft our value proposition to different audiences based on research and campaign data
  • Empower our customers to share their success stories and represent the "voice of the customer"
  • Master the tools and apps we use to execute our strategies and amplify our results
  • Work with other team members along with contractors and agencies to deliver the highest quality work

In this role, you will own the creation of marketing and sales enablement collateral including, but not limited to:

  • Webinars (content creation along with delivery of presentations)
  • Email cadences
  • Website Content
  • Advertising Copy
  • Print materials for conferences
  • Video scripts
  • Press releases
  • Landing pages
  • Lead magnets
  • Blogs
  • Social media content
