MAIN COURSE (Job Responsibilities):

We’re data people! We collect and analyze financial and performance data, keeping everything accurate and timely. We also safeguard company assets and provide insights into the business across all functional teams.

We are looking for a passionate digital and customer analytics expert that will lead the development of actionable data-driven insights, cross-channel testing strategies, and data visualizations as we strive to learn more about our customers and increase digital’s contribution to our overall business.

In this new role you’ll help the organization develop a better understanding of customer lifetime value and the impact that our digital initiatives play in driving customer engagement and activation. This is a hands-on role that will require deep customer/digital analytics expertise, an innovative mindset, and an approach of starting with the customer and working backward. If you have what it takes to join the Pampered Chef team, you’ll work among world-class talent in a fast-paced, rapidly growing and evolving environment. Specifically, this position is responsible for:

  • Building a foundation to quickly accelerate our digital analytics capabilities; provide recommendations on optimizing digital customer acquisition and engagement based on these learnings.
  • Leveraging web analytics tools including CRM platform and social measurement to develop aggregate performance and insight reports/dashboards for review with marketing stakeholders.
  • Creating and maintaining a framework for quantifying customer lifetime value and identifying the levers that impact key areas including spending per customer, frequency, and retention.
  • Analyzing and reporting marketing results to optimize the impact of online and offline marketing and sales initiatives (offers/promotions, advertising, and digital initiatives) to drive revenue growth and achieve ROI goals.
  • Leading internal and agency resources to create advanced and predictive models such as marketing mix, propensity to buy, attrition, and advanced targeting/profiling models; partnering with marketing teams to utilize output to optimize our marketing mix.
  • Leading the development, implementation, and optimization of test and target programs.
  • Leading end-to-end project work, including data collection (internal and syndicated sources), model development and execution, interpretation of model results, and engaging key business stakeholders.
  • Managing and prioritizing work effectively to ensure internal deadlines, timetables, and approvals are met.
  • Providing regular status reports and briefings to stakeholders and functional leadership teams.
KEY INGREDIENTS (Position Requirements):
  • 5+ years of experience in digital, marketing, and/or customer analytics ideally supporting a consumer brand.
  • Hands-on experience in customer behavior analysis online and offline with the ability to drive insights and trends in a marketing and/or product management environment.
  • Specific experience in campaign testing & execution in multi-channel, direct to consumer strategy including email, web and mobile campaign; experience with personalization is a plus.
  • Experience establishing a quantitative view of customer lifetime value and tracking changes in trends across key drivers.
  • Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (Salesforce.com, or equivalent); web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent), testing and targeting tools (Adobe Test & Target, Optimizely etc.) and social measurement platforms (Sprinklr, Sprout, or equivalent).
  • Experience using data & analytics tools such as SQL, R, SAS, Tableau, Oracle BI.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Location

Addison in a village located in the Chicago Metropolitan Area in DuPage County. Pampered Chef is Addison's largest private employer and has had a great relationship with the Village for decades! The village is known for it's great restaurants, adventurous recreational activities, and amazing people.
