Paid Search (PPC) Analyst
Title: Digital Marketing Analyst
Reports to: UK Marketing Manager or Senior Digital Marketer
Position Summary:
Enova is currently searching for a bright, energetic, and creative marketing analyst to join our team; problem-solvers, self-directors and action-oriented thinkers are required. Candidates will be expected to hit the ground running learning the technologies, strategies, and analytical techniques that will enable them to contribute to the continued success of the company. Our marketing analyst will be expected to develop and execute campaigns across all paid search channels. The role will be focusing on supporting the Pounds to Pocket (http://www.poundstopocket.co.uk/) and QuickQuid (http://quickquid.co.uk/) P&Ls.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive campaigns across all paid search channels (search networks (Google, Bing, and other search engines) and display networks, retargeting, YouTube ads, social media ads, mobile ads, etc.
- Manage daily optimization for each paid search channel, ensuring optimal volume within acceptable cost/profit targets
- Develop and optimize ad tests to isolate key converting messages, efficiently guiding cross-functional teams (creative, legal, tech) to project completion
- Develop and optimize landing pages and conversion funnel tests using A/B and multivariate testing methodologies to improve conversion rates, efficiently guiding cross-functional teams to project completion
- Manage relationships with internal and/or external partners to develop and implement above tests
- Provide ongoing data analysis on paid search metrics (ranking, conversions, profitability, etc)
- Work effectively across marketing disciplines, and cross-functionally across the company, to understand and deliver on business requirements and collaborate and share learnings across marketing disciplines
- Monitor trends on best practices and techniques to ensure market efficiency and identify new opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 1+ years experience in online marketing with proven results
- PPC experience in highly competitive national markets
- Familiarity with PPC tools (e.g., Google AdWords, AdWords Editor, Bing Ads, bid management software such as Optimine, SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics etc.)
- Intermediate Excel / data analysis skills; proficient with other MS Office products
- Basic SQL skills helpful, but not required
- Strong analytical and organizational skills and detail oriented
- Highly self-motivated
- Problem analysis and resolution
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing projects in a fast-paced environment through strategic planning, prioritization, and task delegation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
