The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for creating and managing online marketing programs for Neighborhoods.com and 55Places.com. You will work directly with the Digital Marketing Director as well as our other departments to help build the brand and grow the business. The role is excellent for someone interested in showing off their analytical expertise in a fun, in-house work environment.


Essential Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience building campaigns in Google Adwords and Bing Ads
  • Have used 3rd party bid management software such as AdCore, Kenshoo or Marin to manage paid search programs
  • Experience creating/optimizing paid social programs
  • Experience with Google Analytics or other analytics tools (Omniture, Kissmetrics, etc)
  • Proficient with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Stays on top of latest marketing trends
  • Ability to dive in and learn the basics of the Google Adwords and Bing advertising platforms via online education systems and to gain certifications on both platforms within the first 30 days.
  • Willingness and desire to learn 3rd party bid management software such as AdCore, Kenshoo or Marin to manage paid search programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, v-lookup and other advanced functions.
  • Endless curiosity and a desire to become a digital marketing expert under the guidance of a ten-year industry veteran.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Daily/weekly reporting of marketing performance
  • Strategize, manage and execute paid search programs for Neighborhoods.com & 55Places.com
  • Manage and optimize display programs, work cross functionally with design team to ensure all ads follow best practices
  • Create and optimize paid social accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools (e.g. Crazy Egg, Optimizely) to discover areas of opportunity across marketing programs
  • Nurture relationships with advertising vendors
  • Other duties as assigned
    Education and Experience
    • At least one year actively managing paid search programs
    • Bachelor’s degree, vocational training, or equivalent work experience
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
