Digital Marketing Associate (Paid Digital)
Team: US Consumer Lending + UK Consumer Lending

Enova is searching for a passionate, creative and innovative digital marketer that is not only passionate and innovative but wants to grow the digital channel through creative strategies and optimization.
In this role you will be working under Enova’s flagship brand, CashNetUSA (www.cashnetusa.com), and driving efforts for NetCredit (www.netcredit.com) and Enova’s UK consumer lending brand, QuickQuid (www.quickquid.com). As a core member of the US consumer lending marketing team, you would be expected to optimize performance with target keywords across all major search engines, optimize and expand prospecting and retargeting display campaigns and support website management. Areas of focus:
- Manage and optimize each paid digital channel (Google, Bing, other display networks, retargeting, mobile ads, etc.), ensuring optimal volume within acceptable cost/profit targets
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategy across all paid channels (PPC, display, social)
- Create, manage, test and analyze paid digital campaigns from development to testing and execution
- Grow prospecting and retargeting display channel in the US and UK
- Develop and optimize ad tests to isolate key converting messages, efficiently guiding cross-functional teams (Creative, Legal, Tech) to project completion
- Develop and optimize landing pages, copy, banner ads etc. using A/B testing methodologies to improve conversion rates
- Provide ongoing data analysis on paid digital metrics (cost, conversions, CTR, etc.)
- Optimize website conversion through identifying opportunities, leveraging UX best practices, developing hypotheses and A/B testing
- Manage relationships with internal and/or external partners to develop and expand paid digital channels
- Collaborate and share learnings across marketing disciplines and cross-functionally across the company
- Monitor trends on best practices and techniques to ensure market efficiency and identify new opportunities

You’ll need to be able to play nice with internal departments (Creative, Analytics, Legal, etc.) as well as manage external vendor relationships. Since innovation is the name-of-the-game at Enova we’ll be looking at you to explore new initiatives, propose process improvements, and test new marketing channels and/or vendors.
You’re right for this job if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education experience
- 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing with proven results
- Direct PPC experience including experience with the following Paid search tools: Google AdWords, AdWords Editor, Bing Ads, Google display network, bid management software, etc.
- Display prospecting + retargeting experience with proven performance success
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and project management skills. Approach to business challenges with a problem solving and critical thinking mindset.
- Highly self-motivated. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, drive hard to completion, and deliver meaningful results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; proficient with other MS Office products
- Proven ability to combine data from multiple sources and manipulate to analyze and interpret business performance
- Proficient in Excel-based and PowerPoint-based reporting, proven ability with data visualization to make information more easily understood
- Basic HTML knowledge, CSS and other coding a plus
