We have aggressive growth plans and need someone to take our digital marketing efforts to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to own, define and execute a strategic digital marketing vision for the future.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, optimize and analyze paid search and social campaigns

• Build and lead a digital marketing strategy that drives user acquisition, content distribution and conversions

• Collaborate with our SEO, product and content teams to execute effective campaigns and achieve goals, as well as provide insights and recommendations that align with, or enhance, our content strategy

• Own tracking, analysis and improvement of conversions across multiple web properties and measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

• Construct and execute on-going tests within channels to assess targeting, bidding & content strategies; optimize ads based on results

• Identify new opportunities and strategies to deliver the stellar results

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working in a digital marketing capacity with 2+ years executing paid social advertising campaigns

• A deep understanding of how Facebook works with a focus on the Facebook ads platform

• Highly Creative: with an analytical mind and ability to demonstrate a strategic vision and support insights with data

• A+ player: highly-organized, self-starter who is capable of balancing and executing on multiple priorities, projects and deadlines in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment

• Communication: ability to speak and write clearly, concisely, and compellingly. Honesty, transparency, and thoughtfulness are a must. Ability to present complex messages to multiple levels of an organization

• Interest in the tech industry: you must be passionate about three things: (1) Startups (2) Building innovative tech products and services; and (3) Helping others. This is what we do. This is non-negotiable.

• Culture fit: you will need to get along with our team (which isn’t too hard, we think!) as well as all the members vital to the community in which you are building. Humility, selflessness and strong work ethic are requirements.

• Education: we value intelligence, personality and overall fit over a degree.

• Email marketing experience a plus
