Director, Enterprise B2B Relationships

The Director of Enterprise B2B Relationships is responsible for growing and managing Grubhub’s relationship with national restaurant groups. Reporting to the Vice President of Restaurant Network, you’ll manage and grow a small team dedicated to helping these enterprise restaurant groups have a great experience working with Grubhub from sale through to ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Determine and execute on cohesive national expansion strategies
- Partner with major restaurant brands
- Grow the network of name brand options for the over 6.7 active million diners who use Grubhub for their takeout and delivery orders
- Manage and grow existing relationships by providing world-class support
- Oversee both sales and customized account management support for your restaurant groups
- Bring the Grubhub brand to appropriate trade/industry events
- Partner with our Marketing team to bolster our presence in this segment of the industry
- Be an advocate for enterprise partners within our organization and make sure our products and services meet their needs
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Strong sales track record, experience in the restaurant industry preferred
- Experience growing and managing sales teams
- Detail oriented with strong project management skills
- Superior written and oral communication
- Data driven decision maker with strong analytical skills
- Ability to rapidly, but sustainably solve problems
