We are seeking a highly qualified Director of Professional Services to lead our Solutions Consultants and Implementation Managers in managing the overall delivery and implementation of our enterprise software solutions to our clients.  

You will be successful in this position if you can:

  • Manage the functionality and efficiency of the DialogTech Solutions Consultants and Implementations Managers; manage the workflow through the sales process from the Statement of Work to delivery and implementation

  • Support pre-sales processes and work with sales and account management professionals to win new business

  • Lead client implementation service delivery, providing management and oversight of implementation projects and staffing including project assignments, capacity planning and project profitability

  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships  

  • Oversee and execute process improvements and the development of policies, procedures, methods, and tools in support of delivery and implementation

  • Maintain reporting on capacity, amount of implementation work, and future outlook in order to advise strategic direction setting

  • Understand drivers in the marketplace with a focal point in the martech and adtech space and provide insight and guidance to the strategic vision and objectives of the Professional Services team

  • Collaborate with other business leaders and maintain strong relationships with the New Business, Account Management and Product teams

The skills and experience you will need for success are:

  • BS or MS degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred  

  • 10+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a martech/adtech or SaaS environment

  • Strong service management, project management, consulting, technology and process improvement skills

  • Eagerness to mentor staff, and demonstrated ability to inspire and build a high-performance culture

  • Proven ability to tailor communications to targeted audiences

  • Strong communication/presentation and negotiation skills
