E-commerce Specialist- Amsterdam at Reverb.com
Reverb.com is a marketplace for music gear that has changed the way musicians buy and sell online. We are seeking a gear-crazed musician to help oversee our e-commerce operations in Europe.

This is a unique opportunity for a musician who is passionate about buying and selling gear and has dreamed of doing it professionally.

An ideal candidate for this role will have a robust knowledge of categories and brands, their value, and their demand across Europe. They should have already been buying and selling gear online and be comfortable with the end-to-end process of purchasing, listing, selling and customer service.

This role is based in Amsterdam. Please include links to your Reverb shop and other relevant online profiles.

Requirements:
  • Passion for, and prior experience in, buying and selling musical gear online.
  • High-level understanding of music gear brands and their value.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of spreadsheet programs.
  • Fluency in English required, Dutch, German, and other languages a major plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing, negotiating and purchasing specialized inventory.
  • Inventory receiving, management and fulfillment.
  • Pricing strategy and merchandising.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • A myriad of other tasks that come from a startup environment and rapidly growing company.
