HumanCentric is currently seeking a highly-organized and energetic operations associate to become the logistical backbone of our quickly-growing eCommerce brand as we go through a period of rapid expansion. You will be employee number three.

HumanCentric was founded in 2015 and is a profitable, high-growth company. Our product line is currently focused on mounting solutions for technology hardware (such as computer monitors and mini-computers), and we plan to expand our business to other product categories over the next two years. We ship thousands of orders per month to customers around the world.

To be a great fit for this job, you must have:

  • The ability to work both quickly and methodically. You create tremendous amounts of accurate, finished work much faster than other people you work with (you might have read and loved books like “Getting Things Done”).
  • A positive attitude and the ability to tackle large tasks with ease.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extremely good organizational skills and careful attention to detail.
  • The desire to work in a lean, small-company environment.
  • Strong Excel skills, and the ability to quickly learn new software programs when needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Keeping tabs on everything going on - from product development to international logistics to office renovations - and make sure it’s running smoothly. You will be our mini-project manager for everything that moves.
  • Responding to customer service inquiries by phone or email.
  • Keeping everything up-to-date, including our product manuals, our website, and our Amazon listings.

Had you been with us last month, you would have....

  • Helped coordinate a product launch, including overseeing the creation of instruction manuals, website content, marketing materials, and more.
  • Worked with our suppliers in China to monitor manufacturing progress and address issues.
  • Coordinated with our logistics providers to deliver our products to customers worldwide.
  • Set up the product data for a new Amazon marketplace.
  • Answered support cases about vendor discounts, technical product questions, and delivery issues.

Benefits Include:

  • Health and dental plan
  • Awesome, flexible paid vacation policy
  • Beautiful, newly-renovated office
