We are currently seeking a leader for an Email Deliverability Specialist
What your day would consist of:- Monitor outgoing sending ques to identify & resolve potential issues
- Investigate bottlenecks reported by our backend systems and/or users
- Identify problem senders and make determinations on how to handle each unique situation
- Analyze bounce logs/trends to identify potential issues
- Work to resolve blocks & deliverability issues
- Monitor (and provision new) IP addresses to ensure a stable/growing volume of sending
- Consult with and debug deliverability concerns that specific users are encountering
- Solid history & knowledge of deliverability best practices
- Knowledge of and a history of working with PowerMTA
- General knowledge involving IP reputation, FBLs, authentication, etc.
- Knowledge of and a history of dealing with both whitelist and blacklist
- Experience managing PowerMTA
