Enterprise Client Development Manager – Cision, US

Job Summary:

The Cision Enterprise Client Development Manager will be a part of a dynamic ‘overlay’ team to work with PR Newswire Enterprise Sales Account Directors focused on renewing and expanding Cision accounts within their portfolio.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage and expand a book of named accounts for an interim period until a permanent Account Director can assume the accounts.
  • Provide support for PR Newswire ADs managing Cision renewals including updating SFDC (forecasts, activities, notes, contracts, closing opportunities, etc…).
  • Train PR Newswire ADs on how to manage Cision accounts including issue escalation, BDC calls, Legal review, and forecasting, pricing and contract generation.
  • Mentor new ADs who have assumed a territory on how to manage Cision accounts including issue escalation, BDC Calls, Legal, Forecasting, Pricing and SFDC maintenance.
  • Understand and effectively present presentations on the suite of Cision products, features and benefits for upsell opportunities.
  • Handle entire proposal to contract process to help successfully close sale.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with new colleagues to increase their product knowledge around the Cision product portfolio.
  • Achieve sales unit renewal targets in the assigned geography or account base.
  • Attend a weekly team call with the region most involved with (keep current with the business, learn PRN products, give key updates, etc…).

Qualifications:

  • Deep, fluent, working knowledge of the Cision product portfolio with experience in renewing Cision accounts
  • World-class verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in high pressure and multiple task environments.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, as well as web, mobile, and social training applications a plus.
