The Lactation Network is hiring an Enterprise Delivery Manager. The Enterprise Delivery Manager will report to the Director of Enterprise Management and work with product managers, architects, developers and business stakeholders to ensure our products meet the needs of customers. This will be done in the context of an agile team.

Breakdown of the role

  • Scrum Master (30%). Lead the development team using Agile processes and facilitate all communication and collaboration between leadership and team members to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Prioritize product features and bugs (25%). Ensure product features are delivered on time and in a way that meets customer demand; ensure bugs are quickly resolved.
  • Monitor progress and adjust as needed (25%). Ensure software projects are completed on time and meet business objectives, within defined parameters.
  • Create development plans (20%). Work with key stakeholders, product, and development teams to scope and plan projects. Keep the team on track and provide visibility to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Managing adherence and execution of the research and development processes using Agile rituals to create high-quality software products and improve existing ones
  • Ensuring everyone understands all aspects of the project and has access to the necessary resources
  • Managing work order prioritization, including work item dependencies and delivery tradeoffs
  • Managing expectations of projects through communications with team members and stakeholders
  • Managing the release process, ensuring software products meet the definition of done within defined timelines and are communicated effectively 

What we expect from you

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an enterprise/software delivery manager, scrum master, or similar project management role, in an agile environment.
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster
  • Experience ensuring products are completed on time and meet business objectives
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps tools for managing development plans
  • Understanding of the various types of resources needed by the team
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across numerous teams and functions
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively perform work and achieve goals in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Demonstrated self-starter; strong skills in taking initiative, organization, standing alone, flexing when needed, and dealing with ambiguity
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence and build consensus
