You're a Salesbuster who ain't afraid of no ghosts, C-Level executives, or big quotas. You've called into Fortune 500 organizations (and/or agencies), cultivated relationships with Senior executives, and sold an innovative product through to implementation. While selling high tech from a company with top tier venture capital firm backing, you are still blue collar in your approach and work ethics. You are a driven sales exec, with experience in Local or SaaS sales from an elite sales organization ready to make your mark in the loyalty and rewards space. And lastly, you are someone that never forgets to laugh.

Reporting directly to the SVP of Enterprise, the Enterprise Sales Director is responsible for the management of a book of top-tier enterprise accounts.

What you will do:

  • Grow the Belly network through selling direct into large corporations as well as through agencies.

  • Identify and develop a book of enterprise businesses/agencies to own and develop

  • Build a case and budget for the Belly product through educational and solution selling, specific to each client’s needs

  • Prepare and present customized sales presentations both online and in-person

  • Manage pipeline development, engagement of key accounts prospects, and follow through to final sale, working alongside product and marketing Teams at Belly.

  • Achieve large quotas and establish long-term contracts, bringing in the biggest deals within the organization,

  • Have experience partnering with our account management team  to ensure successful implementations and client satisfaction

  • Work collaboratively within the Enterprise team, achieving individual and group quotas, as well as closing individual and group deals

Experience and Skills:

What you need:

  • 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 2 focused on enterprise accounts

  • Proven ability to generate new business and partnerships, with large quotas and long contracts

  • Experience selling into direct and agencies, existing contacts preferred With existing book of business and rolodex

  • Retail, QSR, Local space, Saas, and B2B experience preferred

  • Show entrepreneurial initiative, be self-managed and highly motivated

  • Quick thinking skills with an analytical mindset

  • The ability to travel to client sites as needed
