Job DescriptionWho You Are:
An entry-level Corporate Recruiter looking to join our growing team. In this position you’ll own the entire recruiting process from start to finish. You’ll develop job descriptions, advertise roles on different sites, source candidates, screen candidates, administer pre-employment assessments, interview using behavioral-based techniques, and negotiate offers. You’ll also have the opportunity to help our team develop and execute on strategies related to campus recruiting, employer branding, and process improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead full cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, conducting background checks, and closing candidates
- Provide excellent applicant and internal customer management service
- Develop recruiting materials and strategies that ensure a successful search
- Create and post job descriptions
- Develop position-specific screening questionnaires
- Update hiring managers throughout the process and build a credible and collaborative relationship
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to work independently on projects
- 0-3 years of experience in HR, Recruiting, Sales or other related field
- Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills and oral/written communication skills
- Exposure to HR concepts, recruiting, or use of Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
