What It Is: Victory Lap (www.victorylap.io) is currently accepting applications from aspiring sales representatives. Our unique model will help young professionals land meaningful sales jobs by teaching them the skills and behaviors necessary for success. The practical skills and real world practice that you will receive at Victory Lap will not only set you apart from other sales candidates, but will help secure your next job with one of our employer partners.

How It Works: In two weeks we make you career ready for success in sales and connect you with employers selected based off their tremendous upside for our graduates. On average our graduates have 7 interviews and land a job within 30 days of graduation with our selected employers. Our next cohort begins February 12th, and includes expert led instruction from elite sales leaders across Chicago, real life sales practice, and the knowledge to start your next sales job with the confidence to succeed.

Qualifications

Victory Lap Is Accepting Applications from Individuals Who Are/Have:

• Looking to get into and/or succeed in sales, and want to invest in developing their skills prior to employment

• Looking for a career change to sales or in-between sales jobs with 1-3 years of experience

• Achievement Oriented individuals who can relate to prior success and learn from their failings

• Resilient: Winning and losing motivate you and you’re a person will dig into challenges and not give up

You Are:

• A strong communicator (written and oral) who is able to effectively deliver a message to different types of personas

• Curious, with a love of solving simple and complex problems

• A continuous learner with high self-awareness, and can speak to experience when persistence helped you achieve a goal

You Will Receive:

Salary:

• $35,000 - $45,000 plus commission
