As a Program Manager at Eved, you will collaborate onsite with one of Eved’s strategic corporate clients to lead and drive program success.  You are responsible for the successful client management, account growth, implementation and adoption of Eved’s solution for enterprise clients. This role requires the cultivation of the relationships onsite at the client’s location, the establishment of client account goals, in-depth project management, and development of in-depth product knowledge of Eved’s technology solution. To be successful in this role, you need to be viewed as a trusted advisor to the client, a product expert and go-to person for the client team in order to drive the client’s success with Eved.

You will understand client goals, be able to drive successful results for the client, convey the benefits of Eved to different user groups, including procurement, finance, planners, third parties and suppliers. In addition, you will utilize your project management and training skills to understand client processes and deliver effective training programs to drive client adoption. The program manager is part of a dedicated team supporting one or more enterprise clients. Other members of this team include the supplier specialist, product manager, help desk, and developers.

Scope and Responsibilities:

• Strategic program management of the client/Eved implementation, advocating Eved stewardship, in conjunction with the client’s management team
• Establish program goals in concert with Eved, the client and their meeting planning companies (MPCs); develop long-term and short-term account plans to achieve these goals in concert with all stakeholders
• Develop, manage and execute the detailed project plan collaboratively to insure the successful implementation and adoption of Eved’s solution
• Evaluate MPC processes and make recommendations as to how the Eved solution should be implemented and best practices
• Identify and meet needs by presenting solutions, promoting and maximizing use of appropriate Eved functionality and assisting in client expansion efforts
• Work across the client, their MPCs and Eved to identify program risks and issues, any impediments to adoption and propose appropriate solutions
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of key functionality on Eved in order to develop implementation policies and processes
• Collaborate with client management on the planning and execution of communication plans for MPCs and suppliers
• Implement live training sessions for Eved users
• Work with the client to prioritize feedback from suppliers, planners, MPCs and internal client team in order to assist the development team with delegating resources for projects
• Achieve and exceed all goals and KPIs related to implementation, adoption, training, support and supplier relations

Desired Skill Set

• 5-7+ years of experience in training, implementation and client support in a similar SaaS solution or event company
• You have excellent project management skills
• You're a good problem solver and pride yourself on your ability to find creative solutions to problems
• You are tech-savvy and adaptable and comfortable with frequent functionality updates
• You're open to working in a fast-paced environment with minimal structure, at times
