WHO ARE YOU

You are an experienced Executive Assistant who brings passion and enthusiasm to everything you do. You’ll partner with our People Team and internal/external stakeholders to provide day-to-day support for our Chief People Officer to drive impact and action. As the Chief People Officer's trusted partner, it’s essential to have impeccable communication skills and that time is respected, protected, and best utilized to drive our People initiatives forward.

You are a proactive problem-solver with an exquisite attention to detail and thrive in a culture of innovation. Experience supporting people operations within a fast-growth organization is a plus. You understand that your role will help drive the business forward by staying aligned on overarching goals and prioritizing executive needs while remaining flexible and adaptable in an ever-changing environment. You're empathetic and are seeking to drive tangible impact in your next career opportunity.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Effectively prioritize and execute on multiple competing priorities with a strong sense of urgency
  • Proficient in heavy calendar management and complex travel bookings (both international and domestic)
  • Exceptional planning and execution of ad-hoc, special projects
