About The Position
The Fulfillment Department is a service offered to our sellers in which we manage, organize, and ship the gift cards they sell on our marketplace for them. The Fulfillment Agent is a fast paced position that handles every aspect of these sellers’ cards, from listing them, to shipment. This requires both organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Creating manifests (Excel and/or Google docs) to document incoming cards to ensure quality and organization throughout the fulfillment process
- Sorting and storing cards in the appropriate placed based on card type
- Printing shipping labels for and sending out physical cards
- Maintaining high levels of communication between all parties affected by our processes
- Creating ideas in an open environment to improve on current and future processes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- A highly motivated self-starter capable of working within a team but also on their own
- Strong communication skills
