• Build an enthusiastic team of ambassadors for Chicago, dedicated to providing lasting memories for our bike tour guests through excellent service
  
• Extend your network by making connections within the Chicago tourism community

• Manage daily operations at Bobby’s Bike Hike Chicago, ensuring all shop procedures and initiatives are in order to reach your individual and company goals

Technical Qualifications for this General Manager role:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or tourism management
  
• Two plus years of Management experience preferred; or background in tourism, hospitality, or service
  
• Working knowledge of Google Drive, Google Calendar, and MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  
• Detail oriented and highly organized
  
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate ongoing projects, plans and people
  
• Work well under pressure and meeting deadlines
