We are seeking a motivated Global Immigration Specialist for the coordination and administrative support of our customer's outbound immigration applications. The Specialist will report to the Head of Global Immigration and will work with all levels of our organization and will serve as an integral member of our global team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supporting the VISANOW global team 
• Scanning, filing and uploading documents based on client and Attorney request
• Updating system with receipt and approval notices
• Performing basic document intake
• Photocopying documents
• Conducting research

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• GMS certification preferred
• 2+ years of administrative immigration-related work experience and global exposure preferred
• Passion for immigration law preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to effectively multi-task
• High-energy and results driven attitude
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving with limited supervision 
• Knowledge of Word, Excel and other computer software applications
