Head of Customer Acquisition
You’ll be a successful candidate if you’re a performance marketer with at least 10 years of experience in managing the planning, execution and reporting of integrated campaigns. Startup experience is a plus! In this hugely dynamic role, no two days will be the same and you’ll instantly make an impact within the team and organization.
What you’ll do here
· Ensure Marketing “smart spending” and maximize ROI. That means you’ll acquire more profitable users at the lowest possible CAC. You’ll own and guard the company’s marketing budget and constantly report performance metrics with the support of the analytics team.
· Lead global expansion plans. You’ll get to know our different customers better than anyone and use that knowledge to plan multiple global and geo-specific integrated Marketing campaigns (including KPI goals, budgeting and behavioral projections).
· Foster customer retention. Once you understand every critical brand touch point and purchase driver for every segment, you’ll create and improve multiple communications flows to achieve highly performing CRM program. Over time we expect you to maximize conversions and retention rates.
· Manage, manage and manage. Every successful Marketing campaign requires collaboration between inter-disciplinary team members, agencies and partners. You’ll be the champion that will assign responsibilities and establish procedures to track progress.
Our checklist
· You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Major, Economics, Computer Science or Analytics. A Master’s degree is a plus!
· You have 8 to 10 years of experience in a challenging marketing role with a strong involvement on digital channels. You have a proven track record of successfully launching new products and shaping businesses grow.
- You’re comfortable with multiple frameworks to plan, execute and track Marketing performance leveraging your highly analytical skills.
- You have a strong bias towards fast action and problem solving, yet able to get the details right.
· You’re adaptable and highly comfortable with ambiguity.
· You lead by example and have great stories about managing teams, vendors and partners.
· You like keeping up with the new trends in the digital marketing world, including PPC, display, retargeting, SEO and mobile affiliate technologies.
