The Role:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for processing our bi-weekly payroll, the administration of all company benefit programs and will assist with recruiting efforts. In this role, you will maintain all confidential employee information, exhibit positive relations with all members of the organization and assist with general office support.
Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll
- Maintenance of all employee records, including status changes, and new hire and termination paperwork
- ACA maintenance and compliance
- Review Quarterly reports and Year end W2’s for accuracy
- Benefits administration including open enrollment and review of monthly payments to benefit providers
- Personnel file maintenance and filing
- Providing assistance in recruiting / hiring process activities
- Managing sensitive and confidential matters and protecting the security of information, data and files
- Performing all other duties and general administrative / office support as needed
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, HR Management or related field
preferred - 3+ years of HR experience, including processing payroll, administering benefit programs and assisting with recruiting efforts
- Experience with Paylocity a strong plus
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to handle all aspects of payroll, benefits administration and general HR duties while maintaining a positive demeanor
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A strong attention to detail with the ability to
deliver effective results and meet tight deadlines - A genuine desire and successful track record of
being the “Human” in Human Resources
