The Opportunity:

The HR Generalist will contribute to the growth of Objective Paradigm through the administration of benefits and by partnering with the leadership team on strategic talent initiatives. Requirements:

• 3-7 years in Human Resource administration or management role

• Strong attention to detail, time management skills and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Ability to multi-task and reprioritize as needed

• Ability to seamlessly interface with clients and coworkers in a professional manner with a strong belief in excellent client service

• Ability to consult, coach and influence; strong diplomacy skills

• Proactive problem solver with the ability to build consensus

• Strong, effective written communication skills
