Job Description

STATS is currently looking for a Human Resources Coordinator.  In this role you’ll partner with the HR and Recruiting teams and focus on administrative tasks.  You’ll add more organization, process and structure to a growing company and team.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead STATS’ recognition program (i.e. filter applications, purchase awards and distribute to recipients)
  • Manage the HR and Recruiting email boxes handling any urgent requests and questions
  • Own ADP data entry and international data integrity (i.e. new hires, job transfers, pay changes, etc.)
  • Work with the Recruiting team to schedule phone and onsite interviews for potential candidates
  • Coordinate New Hire Orientation
    • Ensure all new hire paperwork is complete
    • Plan day-of activities  
    • Complete paperwork and enter I9s into E-Verify
  • Organize quarterly Executive round tables for new hires
  • Conduct a file audit and migrate to electronic versions
Skills & Requirements

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Ability to work independently on projects
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • 0-3 years of experience in HR
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Exposure to HR concepts
