Payline Data is seeking a high-energy, morally centered, honest and ethical Inside Sales Consultant where the primary focus is to sell services for credit and debit card processing, gift cards, check systems, wireless solutions, e-commerce solutions, payroll and cash advance programs to small, medium and large sized businesses across the United States. Target markets include prospective clients in the retail, travel and entertainment, e-commerce, developer and banking industries.
Primary responsibilities include consulting, making outbound follow-up calls to potential customers via telephone and email, cross-sell and up-sell existing customers, creating and delivering effective presentations and proposals. Emphasize product/service features and benefits, provide price quotes, statement reviews, discuss pricing structures and prepare applications, order forms and/or reports. Coordinate customer training as necessary. Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounting in the CRM database. Little to no cold calling required.
Required Skills:
- The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of sales/marketing experience successfully.
- Highly motivated self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit. Networking and business development skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills are required.
- An intermediate level of competence using MS Office suite, email and the internet required with proficient typing skills.
- Four year college degree preferred.
- Experience partnering with bank associates to drive additional opportunities.
- Payment processing industry experience.
