Fundraising Solutions Manager
The Fundraising Solutions Manager is primarily responsible for sales of our products & services. You will ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues, developing and converting a sustainable sales pipeline to achieve monthly goals.
The Manager is also responsible for gathering insight from new customer opportunities to assist in creating strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and further refining marketing efforts to increase the quality of new opportunities.
Reporting to the Fundraising Solutions Director, you should be comfortable with high levels of inter-personal communication and have the ability to confidently and credibly serve as the first touch point in the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain responsive and timely contact to each new inbound sales lead to identify the quality of each new opportunity
- Progress each qualified lead through continued stages of the sales pipeline to meet weekly progress targets set by the Fundraising Solutions Director
- Employ creative outreach tactics to engage stuck pipeline opportunities in order to accelerate weekly sales volume and increase the percent of leads receiving a product demo
- Assist marketing in refining acquisition strategy and content by providing feedback on lead source and the customer profile of qualified opportunities
- Manage Salesforce CRM accounts to facilitate smooth relationship transitions between members of the Fundraising Solutions team
- Contribute to sales forecasting and planning discussions using data derived from CRM system, weekly pipeline reports, on-the-job experience and best-practices research
- Contribute to the continued refinement and perfection of sales assets used to communicate DonorPath’s value proposition
- Continually identify operational improvements that enhance the quality, efficiency and satisfaction of newly enrolling customers
Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience working in sales, account management, or similar fields
- Genuine desire to invest in the good of others and nonprofits bettering our community
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
- Ability to manage multiple changing priorities and deadlines; strong organizational skills
- Possessing a combination of both analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- High comfort and proficiency working in CRM and similar software systems
