Inside Sales Representative
The Security Consultant is our inside sales position providing our customers the best phone experience possible, providing them individually tailored services for their home security needs. The job environment is fast paced and results oriented. On the day-to-day, our Security Consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:
· Build customer rapport and ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
· Maintain customer records, following LiveWatch designed sales procedures and systems.
· Explain LiveWatch solutions, products, and services to provide consultative recommendations to customers.
· Demonstrate technical selling and closing skills by presenting quotes and gain commitment from the customer over the phone.
· Utilize knowledge of deal structure and strategy to reach desired sales outcomes and maximize RMR.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Interested in sales, business, marketing, and/or advertising career path.
· Previous sales experience is NOT required.
· Comfortable towards selling over the phone and providing warm phone presence to the customer.
· A captive learner with a student mentality, excited about the opportunity to develop consultative sales skills.
· A competitive urge, able to excel and thrive under a friendly competitive work environment.
· Team spirit, contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
