Insights Service Delivery Manager (Creative) – Cision Global Insights

The Insights Service Delivery Manager is responsible for leading a team of analysts who manage the preparation and delivery of project based data insights. The candidate must have a track record of innovation and visualization & design expertise. In addition, the candidate must have strong analytical and computer skills and the ability to manage multiple analysts and priorities, maintain project productivity and accuracy levels, and interface with customers or internals stakeholders.

Main Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Manage the teams priorities based on customer requests or internal inquiries
• Oversee the data preparation and generation as it moves to insight visualization
• Manage the process of moving client deliverables from test to production environments
• Assist analysts in the preparation of proof of concept reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
• Responsible for the US visualization and branding in reports, dashboards, statements of work and other external facing documents
• Incorporate client feedback and market innovation into template updates and refreshes
• Prototype new technology to help advance the team’s storytelling capabilities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in media or public relations research
• Advanced skill in using Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience using a variety of data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, HighCharts, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop )
• Ability to manage a team of 5-7 in multiple locations
• Portfolio of previous projects/deliverables
• Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
