  As part of the Client Experience team, the Integration Specialist will be responsible for managing projects that combine our platform with our clients’HIT systems to create high value solutions for the deployment of our products. This role is responsible for assigned integration projects as well asdeveloping and executing maintenance processes of integrated clientsincluding new product/program deployment, system upgrades, and other activities that may require client attention.

 

A successful candidate will with work closely with the assigned Client Experience team and technology resources to ensure a quality delivery of the combined solution. They will engage client stakeholders and IT teams in all aspects of the integration project from planning and design, set-up, testing, go-live and post integration maintenance to future integrationenhancement projects.

 

This position is located in our Chicago office.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage internal and external integration projects as assigned
  • Support and manage video distribution and phone call automation projects as assigned
  • Provide clients and internal teams support on technical integration issues. Assist others in development.
  • Effectively act as liaison between technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ensure integrated solutions align with business case uses of our platform
  • Deliver integrated solutions that reside within the current capabilities of our existing technology, documenting and recommending gaps to be closed through future technology iterations
  • Assist with the development of internal and external materials forintegrated solutions including case studies, presentations and training guides
  • Provide integrated solutions overviews, trainings and best practices to the broader Client Experience team
  • Collaborate with assigned client teams to ensure the highest standard of customer service and communication
  • Create and maintain product documentation including SOPs, best practices, recommendations for enhancements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare or Information Systems
  • Experience in a healthcare IT setting required – ideally, experience withworking on application integration projects
  • Knowledge of healthcare technology concepts, practices and procedures
  • Excellent client facing verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with project planning and execution
  • Well-organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proficient skills with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and other software applications in a healthcare setting
  • Self motivator with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with rapidly changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to support multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
